Our The Health Reimbursement Copay Advantage Plan and Health Savings Medical Plan include fertility benefits that provide coverage for eligible fertility drugs and treatments, with one combined lifetime maximum you can use based on your needs.
One combined lifetime maximum
If you are enrolled in the Health Reimbursement Copay Advantage Plan or the Health Savings Medical Plan, the fertility benefit includes a $25,000 lifetime maximum for eligible fertility drugs and medical treatments.
With one combined maximum, you have the flexibility to use your benefit across covered fertility services based on what you need.
- Fertility drugs and medical treatment: $25,000 combined lifetime maximum
- Fertility drugs: Apply toward the combined lifetime maximum
- Fertility treatment: Applies toward the combined lifetime maximum
The combined maximum gives you more flexibility to use your fertility benefit where it can best support your family-building journey.
