How to Enroll

Getting started with your Siemens Healthineers benefits is easy. Whether you are enrolling for the first time as a new hire, making changes after a Qualified Life Event, or choosing your benefits during Annual Enrollment, follow the steps below.

When to Enroll

As a new hire, you can enroll in your benefits 48 hours after your start date, and you have 30 days from your date of hire to complete your enrollment. If you experience a Qualified Life Event, you have 30 days from the date of the qualifying event to make changes to your benefits.

Steps to Enroll

1. Register on mySHSBenefits.com.

Go to mySHSBenefits.com and select New User?

You’ll need:

• The last four digits of your Social Security number
• Your date of birth
• Your ZIP code

When prompted, create a user ID, password, and phone PIN.

• Your user ID and password will be used to access mySHSBenefits.com.
• If you need to contact the Siemens Healthineers Benefits Center (SHBC) for assistance or to update your coverage, you will use your phone PIN.

2. Review and choose your benefits.

Review your benefit options, consider your choices and make your elections.

3. Complete your enrollment.

Select Complete Enrollment to submit your elections. Look for the Completed Successfully message to confirm your enrollment is complete.

4. Confirm your enrollment.

Check your confirmation by email or mail.

Important Note

You must enroll within 30 days of your date of hire. If you don’t enroll during this time, you will not be able to enroll again until the next Annual Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualified Life Event.

If you experience a Qualified Life Event, such as marriage, birth, or divorce, contact the Siemens Healthineers Benefits Center (SHBC) at 833-935-3328 or visit mySHSbenefits.com within 30 days of the qualifying event to update your coverage.
