Participation in the Educational Assistance Program is a partnership of mutual benefit between the company and the employee. This partnership reflects the company’s strategic decision to invest in individual employees who are proven performers, are committed to learning, and will apply their education in the workplace.

This policy does not apply to employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement unless the collective bargaining agreement provides for or permits application of this policy to bargaining unit employees.
